Repair Service
In the event of an unresponsive camera, the customer will contact MEC to receive an RMA#, instructions, and shipping address of the manufacturer.
Whether the repair is a manufacturer warranty or chargeable repair, MEC will organize all communication with the manufacturer – keeping the customer
up-to-date every step of the way.
Phone Support
MEC personnel are available, at no charge, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST, to discuss any questions regarding current or future equipment purchases,
rentals, set-up guidance, lighting & lens questions, etc.

• Special Note for MAC Users: PFV Software can only be installed on Windows OS, however, if you want to view images on Apple, Inc. products,
please save in MOV, TIFF, or AVI file formats.
