HIGH-SPEED CAMERA and HIGH-SPEED VIDEO SERVICE REPAIR PROGRAMS

Motion Engineering offers several optional programs to better meet our customers' needs:

On-Site Consulting Service

  • Half Day Set Up Option - an Account Manager will help you determine the best set up for your job application. This option is offered when a customer needs help with set up and lighting with a weekly rental. Read about Rentals

  • Full Day Service Option - an Account Manager will set up and stay with you during your project. Customers use this option for a one to two day shot, when a weekly rental wouldn't apply.

Equipment Service Contracts

  • Standard Warranty - Manufacturer
    • All new equipment has a one-year manufacturers warranty.

  • Extended Warranty
    • Most equipment has an extended warranty option available. These options are given at the time a Product Quotation is sent to the customer.

  • Customer Asset Logistical Management (CALM) Program
    • This program is beneficial to the company that shares equipment between several locations. MEC is your ONE Point of Contact:
      • MEC Dispenses Equipment - you will know where your equipment is at all times
      • Reduce Overhead
      • MEC Check In/Check Out
      • Most Repairs Included in Contract
      • Reduces Storage
      • Cost Effective
      • Back-Up Systems Available

Repair Service

  • In the event of a 'down' system, the customer will contact MEC to talk to our Technical Support Representative. If repair is determined at that time, an RMA# is issued and the customer will prepare equipment for shipment to MEC's location

  • MEC performs diagnostic testing in-house to determine the level of repair needed. MEC has on-site specialists trained on all equipment we have sold since 1987

  • ONE Point of Contact - If the repair is a manufacturer warranty or repair, MEC will organize all communication and shipping of equipment to the manufacturer - keeping the customer up-to-date every step of the way.

  • MEC contacts the customer upon calculation of repair estimates, and after approval by the customer (via Purchase Order or Credit Card) the equipment is returned.
